Meet Michael
Michael Meagher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) degree from Worcester State University. He brings a strong foundation of both industry and educational experience to the field of robotics and automation.

For the past 32 years, Michael has served as an educator in the Worcester Public Schools. Over the last 25 years, he has been the lead instructor and program coordinator of the Robotics and Automation Technology Program at Worcester Technical High School, a vocational technical high school. In this role, he has designed and delivered a curriculum that integrates electrical engineering principles, programming, robotics, and industrial automation systems, while also preparing students for both immediate workforce entry and higher education opportunities.

Through his leadership, the program has become a model of vocational technical education, producing graduates who are well-prepared for careers in automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing through hands-on, industry aligned learning experiences. Michael remains passionate about equipping the next generation with the skills, confidence, and problem-solving abilities required to succeed in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

In addition to his work in robotics and automation, Michael has been actively involved in developing and supporting school safety and emergency response policies, ensuring that students learn in an environment that is both secure and conducive to academic success.
